A fun and informal dance session for people over 55, followed by time for a chat over a brew!
Brews & Grooves focuses on sharing joy and connection with others through contemporary dance and creative movement; supporting participants to feel confident in their physicality and explore their creativity together. No dance experience needed, everyone is welcome.
Classes run in blocks and we work on a series of dances and creative movement ideas for each block. We recommend coming to a whole block if you can, but we welcome people at any point and make sure to go over everything from the beginning each time. So, please don’t worry if a block has already started!

WHAT TO BRING
Wear something comfy that you can easily move in – you might like to wear layers for before and after class. We recommend bare feet or non-slip socks so you can use your feet fully, but trainers or similar footwear can also be worn. You might also like to bring some water to stay hydrated.
Pay what you can: make a donation of your choice or come for free, no questions asked.
