New opportunities to move and connect
A very Happy New Year. I hope the first few days of January have involved kindness and care for yourself and others.
This can be a challenging time of year for our mental health and overall wellbeing, so I’m delighted to let you know that our classes and workshops are back, including two new sessions – all designed to help you feel more connected to yourself, others, and your local community, release stress and worries, and utilise movement to refresh and restore your body and mind.
