We have exciting opportunities for a freelance filmmaker and a freelance photographer to be part of creating a special showcase and exhibition with us! July 2023 will see the return of our annual showcase, Welland – a specially curated one-day arts and wellbeing showcase in Elland, aimed at bringing the community together to try new things and explore how creativity can support their wellbeing, with a particular focus on mental health.

This year, Welland’s theme is Limelight – bringing untold or unheard stories from the people of Elland (and nearby areas) to the forefront – and we’re creating an exhibition to help share the stories with the wider community alongside featuring them at Welland itself.

So, we’re looking for a filmmaker and a photographer to create work alongside our community as part of the project!
