Whilst we are all physically distancing ourselves from others it’s more important than ever to look after ourselves at home, helping us to stay connected, active, and of course, curious…

Here at Curious Motion we’ve moved our classes online for the time being and are busy working on a full ‘at home’ programme.

From dance classes to guided relaxation sessions and coffee mornings, there’s something for everyone.



A fun and informal dance class for people over 55, followed by time for a chat over a brew! We usually run this session face to face in Elland, but we’ve now moved it online to ensure we can continue to dance together and also make it available to people in any location.

Every Tuesday via Zoom

10am – 10.45am: dance session (aimed at people over 55)

10.45am – 11.30am: coffee morning, for all ages and anyone in your household. If dancing isn’t your thing, please feel free to just join us for coffee.

Classes are offered on a donation basis (completely optional and any amount is appreciated) – to book a spot email us

We’re aware that not everyone finds visual resources helpful, and many of us are spending even more time on screens at the moment, so we’ve decided to include audio resources as part of our digital offering, alongside videos.

First up is this 12 minute guided relaxation activity to help manage anxiety, feelings of overwhelm or being out of control, and to encourage a sense of calm.
